Signup Instructions for Events and Jobs at Meets
How to Register for Jobs and Events at a Meet:
Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.
Swimmer Signup
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
- (undeclared)
- Attending
- Not Attending
- If Attending, select up to 3 individual events for each swimmer. If you want to write a note to the coach, you can add that in SwimTopia when selecting events.
- Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options.
- IMPORTANT: Selecting the correct relay option is very important. The Medley Relays kick off the meet at the very beginning and the Freestyle Relays end the meet. Don’t assume your swimmer will or won’t be selected for relays; you'll need to check the heat sheets for relay entries. If your swimmer will NOT be at the Meet, it is very important to note "Will not be attending this meet" as that helps us know who has not signed up that is still attending vs. those not attending.
- Click SAVE to record your choices.
- Click Back to Signup Calendar.
Job Signup
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
- Click SAVE Assignments.

Please keep in mind that the coaches and TCOs will NOT track people down to sign up for meets. If you don't sign your child up for meets and events, they will not swim. If you aren't sure which events to sign your child up for, please discuss with the coaches before/after practice. If you experience any trouble signing up, reach out to the TCOs ASAP.
