Hello Waverunner Families,

What an incredible 2026 swim season it has been! This summer was filled with friendships, fun, and outstanding swimming.

Forrester Woods Swim Team has always taken pride in being competitive, and this year was no exception. We celebrated an impressive 3rd-place finish at Divisionals, several new team records, and a record number of swimmers qualifying for C&C Championships.

Beyond the competition, our team has always been known for its spirit, traditions, and sense of community. Once again, 2026 was one for the books—from our amazing socials and epic Divisional theme reveal to our long-standing traditions, rolling into Classics, and, of course, our energetic and enthusiastic coaching staff.

As we wrap up this memorable season, we'd like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made it possible:

• Melanie Sudduth – Thank you for your outstanding leadership and dedication as team president over the past several years. The countless hours you devoted behind the scenes to keep our team running smoothly have made a lasting impact, and we are incredibly grateful.
• Our Coaches – Thank you for the time, energy, encouragement, and enthusiasm you bring to every swimmer—from our youngest Guppies to our oldest Wave Runners. Your passion is the heart of our program.
• Our Parents – A successful swim season simply isn't possible without your willingness to volunteer, support, and cheer on our swimmers. We truly have the very best families.
• Our Swimmers – Thank you for your hard work, determination, sportsmanship, and team spirit. We are so proud of everything you accomplished this season.

We're already looking forward to next summer—and it's going to be a special one! 2027 marks the 50th anniversary of the Forrester Woods Swim Team, and we're excited to celebrate this milestone with our biggest and best season yet.
