Hello parents,

Our first 'virtual' swim meet is next Thursday against Botany Woods.  Before Saturday (6/6) at midnight we need you to go into SwimTopia under the Meet and Events Tab, Select Sign-up Calendar, Select FW @ Botany Woods, Select Meet Entry and do the following:

1. Declare the intent of your swimmer (whether they are swimming at the meet)

2. For 9-18 year olds - Pick 3 individual events they would like to swim.  For 8 and under- the coaches will pick the events for them, so do not select any events.

Then go under the Job Sign-up Tab and do the following:

3. Sign up for a volunteer position - Refer to the last email about volunteering from Jennifer Darst.  All positions requiring training needs to be completed prior to Monday June 8.

Important Note:  If you do not declare your intent or choose your events (for 9-18 yo. only), your swimmer will not be able to swim in the meet.
